Lessons in Truth
Wednesdays, January 13-27, 7-9 p.m.
Lessons in Truth was written by Harriet Emilie Cady (1848–1941). She was an American homeopathic physician and author of numerous New Thought spiritual writings. Her 1896 book, Lessons in Truth: A Course of Twelve Lessons in Practical Christianity, is now considered the core text on Unity teachings. It is the most widely read book in the Unity movement explaining the nature of God, the nature of Humankind and the Unity Trinity — Divine Mind, Divine Idea and Divine Expression. Facilitated by Revs. Richard and Vicki Bunch.
The Twelve Powers
Wednesdays, February 17-March 16 – 7-9 p.m.
Would you like to feel more fulfilled, centered and in charge of your life? This class will help you learn about the 12 spiritual abilities you already possess. Unity Co-founder Charles Fillmore called them the “Twelve Powers.” These spiritual abilities were perfectly expressed by Jesus and are present in every person. We invite you on a spiritual journey to discover how to put these Powers to work and create the life of your dreams. Facilitated by Rev. Peggy White.
